Responsibilities:
  • Increase topline revenue by positioning BayInfotech's suite of services across a network of new customers
  • Build and grow customer base - strengthen existing client relationships and cultivate inroads into new customer base and service areas
  • Respond to and deliver on client requests; responds to RFPs; identifies opportunities, makes proactive proposals to client in line with organizational strategy
  • Help build ecosystem with customer, partners and analyst community in region, should be able to build relationship with Director, VP, and C level from customer side as well as with Partners (AWS, Azure, etc.) and Analysts (Geekwire, Gartner, etc.)
  • Drive operational excellence by evaluating and evolving the customer engagement model and driving change as needed
  • Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve client goals throughout the year
  • Act as an evangelist for BayInfotech's cloud services; consumed and passionate about BayInfotech's values and culture

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in solution based selling to IT stakeholders (director and above)
  • Proven Technical Account Manager experience working with resellers or partners on technologies like Cloud Migration, DevOps, Automation, SDN, and Networking projects 
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets
  • Ability to strategically and tactically evaluate and implement sophisticated customer programs and initiatives
  • Experience in customer engagement and customer experience 
  • Candidates with IT Sales and Marketing background preferred
  • Can bring Book of Business on day 1 for cloud services - deployment, migration, integration
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, high integrity and confidentiality required
